Simplifying Complex Workflows Through User-Centered Design
The International Patient Care Management System (IPCMS) is a comprehensive healthcare platform developed for the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi to coordinate the complete treatment journey of patients receiving medical care outside the UAE. The platform connects multiple stakeholders—including Local, Pre-Travel, Post-Travel, and Follow-Up teams, as well as international hospitals and physicians—through a unified digital workflow. As the UX Designer, I focused on simplifying complex patient care processes by designing intuitive user journeys, role-based interfaces, and scalable workflows that improve collaboration, streamline case management, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the patient's treatment lifecycle.
