dtWorks - A customer engagement platform
Overview
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MoHUP), Oman required an interactive analytics platform that provides real-time visibility into the performance of government eServices. I designed a suite of bilingual (English & Arabic) dashboards that enable ministry leadership and operational teams to monitor service requests, transactions, employee performance, financial collections, and regional statistics through intuitive visualizations and live data.
The dashboards transform complex government data into actionable insights using KPI cards, interactive charts, maps, tables, and drill-down capabilities. Built with a responsive bilingual experience and RTL support, the solution helps decision-makers quickly identify trends, monitor service delivery, and make informed decisions without relying on manual reports.
