SCOTTSDALE 311

Overview

Scottsdale 311 is a UX/UI concept designed for the City of Scottsdale's public-facing service request app, giving residents a fast, guided way to report civic issues — potholes, illegal dumping, abandoned vehicles, streetlight outages, and more — directly to city administration.

The experience takes a resident from onboarding through submitting a request with photo evidence and a pinned map location, then keeps them informed with status tracking and push notifications until the issue is resolved, alongside secondary services like parking, community programs, and local news. The dashboards transform complex government data into actionable insights using KPI cards, interactive charts, maps, tables, and drill-down capabilities. Built with a responsive bilingual experience and RTL support, the solution helps decision-makers quickly identify trends, monitor service delivery, and make informed decisions without relying on manual reports.
